  • Set a regular time to meet with your managers in person or via conference call to discuss the book over the next six weeks.

  • Discuss how to better apply the Key Learnings from that chapter in the store over the next 30 days (well done is better than well-said).
  • Now have your junior managers read the Fundamentals book also, and follow the same process.
