Jim, the feedback from your 2008 visit with over 150 of my Vice-Presidents, Directors and Supervisors has been outstanding! Your Multi-unit program clearly hit the mark within the Sonic Restaurants organization. You stressed the utilization of current processes rather than creating new, focusing on people development and most importantly you hit home on making an impact during drive-in level visits. As a result you can anticipate that we will use the “Jump-Start” video and the “2-minute meeting” as a communication method prior to each shift with a clearly defined goal of improving operations and customer satisfaction.
